I’ve been living here almost a year now Tamisha thank you for the smoothest move in ever! I absolutely love it! I have no complaints! I have not seen not one bug in my apartment and anytime there’s a problem the Matience team always handles it expeditiously. Tamisha has been ”AMAZING” seriously the best and super helpful! She makes living here so comfortable. Her personality makes you want to just stay. Literally the best customer service. The whole office staff is honestly amazing keesha and Aubrey They are very professional! I am looking forward to staying here! Not to mention I feel so safe here! If I could give them more then 5 stars I would! They always have something for the community and I love that the most! Thank y’all for a safe environment eagles Brooke especially with children!

I just moved here as a young college student and I absolutely love this place. First off, Tameisha and her staff run the office so well. This is my first time moving out of my parents home, so I had a lot of questions. Tameisha and I talked multiple times each week leading up to move in. She always answers any questions or concerns I have had. I am so thankful for this staff welcoming me and treating me so well. The entire process was so easy and so so quick. I honestly can’t think of any complaints for this place. There’s so much outdoor living space throughout the complex and a very nice pool and gym. Everyone I’ve met so far throughout the complex has been so friendly and welcoming.

I love Eagles Brooke Apartments! I have lived here for two years, and I am blown away by the hospitality. The maintenance team is amazing, and I love the walking trail at the apartments. The only reason I am leaving is to find a community with more amenities. However, I would definitely recommend this place if you’re looking for a homey feel—this is the place for you!

I went in for my tour with Aubrey yesterday 12/3/24. I have been looking at different apartment complexes in the area for a while and for some reason, I had completely forgotten about Eagles Brooke (I grew up in Henry County so I had been to the complex a few times in 2010-2011). to be honest, I thought that I had decided on a complex before I went in for the tour yesterday and just wanted to tour this one to put my mind at ease. I went in and told Aubrey the same things that I had told the other leasing agents at the other complexes as far as what I was looking for and my budget and situation as far as moving timeframe and things of that nature. We decided to go look at 3 different units and when I tell you that she took the time to make sure that I was comfortable, didn’t feel rushed, made sure to ask if I had any questions and if I did have any, to answer then as quickly and accurately as possible, and just took the time to genuinely make a connection with me, I’M NOT EXAGGERATING! Aubrey has GOT to be the best leasing agent that I have spoken with, HANDS DOWN! She was professional, personable, kind, considerate, and I could tell that she actually cared about me as a person and not just as me being a potential future tenant and a sale to mark down on her paperwork. She is definitely going to go so far in life and that was plain as day to see when she is only 20 years old! All of the other staff members were extremely sweet and welcoming as well. If I had any questions or concerns that Aubrey did not have the answers to off the top of her head, she would just communicate with the other leasing agents and make sure that I was taken care of. So regardless, no matter who you happen to see for your tour/inquiry, I know that you’ll be in great hands! That being said, as soon as I got into my car, I knew beyond a shadow of a doubt that I am going to be moving to Eagles Brooke Apartments! There is so much to see and so many different options for units and amenities. The complex is very clean, quiet, welcoming, and just all around feels like "home"! I can’t wait to put in my application and becoming a resident! Thank you again, Aubrey! You truly made my day and my decision much brighter and clearer!

The guy from maintenance Fred did an excellent job. He fixed 4 things in my apartment in less than 30 minutes. 1-The stove oven 2-The sink crusher 3- The kitchen lamp 4- The front door He went straight to do what he have do to. We lived here for five years before recently moving out. I had a very good experience. I thought the landscape was well maintained and I loved jogging the beautiful wooded trails that circled around the pool. I enjoyed being able to run on the treadmills in the fitness center with my husband also. The office staff—especially Ms. Tameisha and Ms. Veronica—were always professional and helpful when I had questions. I also thought it was nice that the front office staff would occasionally arrange events for residents. When we moved out, we had a small charge for the carpet, which I thought was fair. Otherwise we received the remainder of the security deposit back. I found the property to be very well maintained. I really enjoyed my years at Eagles Brooke and I thought it was an excellent value. We will miss you—thanks very much for all of your hard work!

I have been living at eagles brook apartments for a year and a half and In that time management has changed 3 times. The current manager is Tameisha Marshal and she has been doing a great job with managing everything. Repairs are fixed in a timely manner, the amenities and up to standard, and it’s a quiet neighborhood. There is not a lot for kids to do in the neighborhood but there are a lot of kids who go to school together and play with one another in the afternoons. I would recommend anybody to move into these apartments.

I've been living in these apartments for almost 3 years now. I can say in the beginning I did have a few issues. Management has been restructured and began to clean up the complex. Talmesha in the leasing office is very understanding and helpful. Anything I need she never hesitated to get it done. The halls were painted and power washed and they are making it their business to keep the area clean. The dumpster area is clean, the security gates are working, the maintenance request are handled within 48hrs. The parking lot and in the surrounding common areas are always clean and it's not noisy. It's a pleasant and peaceful environment 😌..

The new management here is great! The people here are nice and friendly where as they concersate with the people who live here. The Maintance people respond in a genuine time and the the trash compactor is no longer full 24/7.

Management here is exceptional. I'm always treated with respect and professionalism. No complaints or issues. Love the manager, Debra. She is always available to speak with me if I have any questions (sometimes they're pretty dumb questions I will admit lol) I haven't had any problems here, but if I did, I know they would be handled with the upmost care. Will definitely renew my lease here!!!

I am a resident here at Eagles Brooke and live in a one bedroom. I enjoy my surroundings and the quietness of my apartment! I work right down the street so these apts are very convenient and up one exit is everything I need. I have put in about 2 work orders so far and when I come home from my job they are done. Not sure of the ladys names that work in the office but they are always so nice and treat me like they have known me forever. I have lived in a couple of other apts and so far they have made a very good empression.

I visited Eagles Brooke Apts because I am planning to relocate. Brandy showed me around the community and she was super nice. The apartment was clean and decorated very beautiful. I’m really considering applying. The whole staff was nice!

We've had a wonderful experience here over the last 9 months. Friendly and attentive office staff. Super fast resolution with maintenance issues. Awesome neighbors. Beautiful pool and gym. Well maintained grounds. Can't say enough great things about this community! So sad to leave when our lease is up! Would highly recommend.

We have enjoyed living here. It is very family friendly and the neighbors we have met all have been very nice. Staff has been very responsive any time we have needed anything and have been professional and courteous. If I had to offer any criticism, it would be regarding the Internet service provider, which is independent of the company and management.

Lived here for almost a year now and have really enjoyed my time here at Eagle's Brooke. The staff was always easy to get a hold of, very friendly, and seemed willing to help in any way possible. Only had 2 maintenance issues the entire time (missing silverware holder in dishwasher when I moved in and leaky HVAC when it came time to turn on AC in April) and both issues were fixed the same day and even received phone calls to make sure everything was fixed and still working days later. The gate is kind of a running joke because it seems to always be broken or breaks the same day its fixed. The location is quiet (Unless you live on the I-75 side I've heard) and private making it easy to go for a nice run with little to no traffic and I have even stumbled on random hiking/dirt bike trails near the entrance. I would have liked to renew my lease but the price jump was just too much for me to justify since I live alone. If I can find a similar situation when I move I would be very pleased.

We liked the apartments, they were very nice and modern. We got a great deal when we moved in and signed a lease for about 8 months. They warned us that our rent would go up when we resigned and we understood that. However, my friend down the way resigned her lease and it went up around 20-30 dollars. When we went to resign before our lease was up they wanted to raise our rent from 733 to 900 a month. Needless to say we did not resign and even asked the office staff about the ridiculous amount, there was not anything they could do. I mean the place is great but who can afford an extra 170 dollars on your rent...

Eagles Brooke has been great for us! It is quiet, maintained, clean and the neighbors are friendly. The gate is always broken. That I can agree with but in all reality the gate was really not much help in keeping out to begin with. People will always run the gate. I love it here and we are renewing our lease shortly.

Apartments are in tip-top shape. I've lived here for four years under two different managements and things have been great under both. Nice and friendly staff. The only con has been every year I've been here the rent has gone up about $50 dollars.

I have been living here since June. Never had an issue. The staff is always nice and takes care of anything i need. One of the girls in the office "Karen" answered every question i had before i moved in and has been AWESOME since Day 1 of my move in. The pool, the workout room, landscaping... all extremely nice. I give them 5 stars!
