I went in for my tour with Aubrey yesterday 12/3/24. I have been looking at different apartment complexes in the area for a while and for some reason, I had completely forgotten about Eagles Brooke (I grew up in Henry County so I had been to the complex a few times in 2010-2011). to be honest, I thought that I had decided on a complex before I went in for the tour yesterday and just wanted to tour this one to put my mind at ease. I went in and told Aubrey the same things that I had told the other leasing agents at the other complexes as far as what I was looking for and my budget and situation as far as moving timeframe and things of that nature. We decided to go look at 3 different units and when I tell you that she took the time to make sure that I was comfortable, didn’t feel rushed, made sure to ask if I had any questions and if I did have any, to answer then as quickly and accurately as possible, and just took the time to genuinely make a connection with me, I’M NOT EXAGGERATING! Aubrey has GOT to be the best leasing agent that I have spoken with, HANDS DOWN! She was professional, personable, kind, considerate, and I could tell that she actually cared about me as a person and not just as me being a potential future tenant and a sale to mark down on her paperwork. She is definitely going to go so far in life and that was plain as day to see when she is only 20 years old! All of the other staff members were extremely sweet and welcoming as well. If I had any questions or concerns that Aubrey did not have the answers to off the top of her head, she would just communicate with the other leasing agents and make sure that I was taken care of. So regardless, no matter who you happen to see for your tour/inquiry, I know that you’ll be in great hands! That being said, as soon as I got into my car, I knew beyond a shadow of a doubt that I am going to be moving to Eagles Brooke Apartments! There is so much to see and so many different options for units and amenities. The complex is very clean, quiet, welcoming, and just all around feels like "home"! I can’t wait to put in my application and becoming a resident! Thank you again, Aubrey! You truly made my day and my decision much brighter and clearer!

The guy from maintenance Fred did an excellent job. He fixed 4 things in my apartment in less than 30 minutes. 1-The stove oven 2-The sink crusher 3- The kitchen lamp 4- The front door He went straight to do what he have do to. He’s a professional guy, respectful and definitely an excellent worker. He deserve 10 stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Have lived here for 3 1/2 years! Outstanding office staff and timely service for any and all repairs! Have always felt safe on the property! Trash service, a pool, gym and pet park make this property perfect for all families! Come see what Eagles Brooke Apartments has to offer!

I have given Eagle’s Brooke Apartments Locust Grove, GA 302-48 a five star rating. The apartments are very nice clean updated and the staff is so helpful. Always there for you and always willing to help with any concerns that you may have. The grounds are kept clean and the scenery is beautiful.

First experience was and is TOP TIER ! I never have an issue when it comes to anything in my apartment being fixed. Neighborhood is quiet and that’s the best PART. Thank you for good customer service

My experience was top tier. Aubrey was our leasing agent and she was absolutely amazing. She was very helpful and made this experience very smooth for us. She kept a smile the entire time and had great energy. She was there every step of the way. Also, Tameisha was very pleasant over the phone and even more in person. She had welcoming energy. Management is awesome!!!! They deserve more than five star they are very kind and respectful professionals!!!! The apartment is one of the best apartments I have seen when I moved in on aug 30 it was a place that satisfied me and my 2 boys this place is restful and peaceful place to stay at without the loud noise. I am in search of a one bedroom apartment and decided to look in the Locust Grove area. I toured this facility and I must say Ms. Keshia and Ms. Aubrey were amazing 👏🏾. Ms. Keshia even called to follow-up. There are a number of factors when choosing an apartment and excellent customer service is top on the list. Thank you both for the excellent customer service 🤗

The Halloween event and thought put into the community for holiday/seasonal events is always really grand. Very nice with the upgraded fire pit and overall thoughtfulness for the community. Eagles Brooke has been a great place to call home for the past few years I’ve been here.

I just moved in and I literally love the Neighborhood and staff . Breanna and Tameisha and Keesha made this process really easy for my family and I . Overall the Community is Great and absolutely love my Apartment !!!

I would like to start off by saying Breanna the leasing consultant has helped me tremendously since day one. I wasn’t sure what unit would fit our needs but Breanna help me find the perfect unit for me and my 3 kids. I have only been here at E’s. B. for a couple of weeks the staff Veronica, Tamesha, and Bianna have been amazing. They helped me to get moved in quickly and smoothly. The grounds are very well kept and I’m loving the pool. I have Spoken with Briana for the most part. She is very kind and professional. It’s also very quiet , thar’s a plus. Thanks for all your help. We lived here for five years before recently moving out. I had a very good experience. I thought the landscape was well maintained and I loved jogging the beautiful wooded trails that circled around the pool. I enjoyed being able to run on the treadmills in the fitness center with my husband also. The office staff—especially Ms. Tameisha and Ms. Veronica—were always professional and helpful when I had questions. I also thought it was nice that the front office staff would occasionally arrange events for residents. When we moved out, we had a small charge for the carpet, which I thought was fair. Otherwise we received the remainder of the security deposit back. I found the property to be very well maintained. I really enjoyed my years at Eagles Brooke and I thought it was an excellent value. We will miss you—thanks very much for all of your hard work!

I have been staying here goin on 2 years now in a one bedroom, I needed more space so I recently transferred to a two bedroom. Veronica helped with the transfer which was pretty smooth and the new apartment is very spacious for the cost. Any issues I did have maintenance came and took care of it asap. I enjoy living here.

front office is always very helpful when i have a problem or concern. i just moved in a few days ago! and i love it. So far so good!!!

I have been living at eagles brook apartments for a year and a half and In that time management has changed 3 times. The current manager is Tameisha Marshal and she has been doing a great job with managing everything. Repairs are fixed in a timely manner, the amenities and up to standard, and it’s a quiet neighborhood. There is not a lot for kids to do in the neighborhood but there are a lot of kids who go to school together and play with one another in the afternoons. I would recommend anybody to move into these apartments.

I've been living in these apartments for almost 3 years now. I can say in the beginning I did have a few issues. Management has been restructured and began to clean up the complex. Talmesha in the leasing office is very understanding and helpful. Anything I need she never hesitated to get it done. The halls were painted and power washed and they are making it their business to keep the area clean. The dumpster area is clean, the security gates are working, the maintenance request are handled within 48hrs. The parking lot and in the surrounding common areas are always clean and it's not noisy. It's a pleasant and peaceful environment 😌..

I had the pleasure of speaking with the Community Manager while touring the community. Veronica provided me with Simply Superior service. She was very helpful from the beginning to the end of my tour. I’m super excited about moving into the community😊

I can’t express enough how great my experience has been living here. Eagles Brooke is quiet, clean, and the amenities are very nice. When it comes to the staff (maintenance included) everyone is on point. Its Veronica for me though. Veronica is the best definition of above and beyond. Veronica has always been attentive to whatever questions I had (prior to moving in) Which made my decision to move here a no brainer. Definitely loving it here.

Tameisha what a beautiful soul!!! Exceptional customer service, always willing to go over and beyond, always making sure you leave happy and satisfied. I usually don’t leave reviews but when you get the level of professionalism and customer service that I always receive when I have to go to the office, I had to leave one. You can tell when an office is lead by a great manager and leader because it shows throughout the entire staff. They are amazing. I love living here!!

I have lived at a few places since moving to Ga. and none made me feel at home like this property. The manager here Veronica is amazing. I was relocating from Atlanta and Veronica made sure my move in was a smooth transition. I absolutely love my apartment. It's very nice and cozy. I was up in the air between here and some other apartments in the Hampton area but the attentiveness from Veronica and the entire office staff just made the decision easier.

Tameisha made the moving process easy and seamless. I'm very happy with the service you provided and appreciate all the hard work. The apartment was clean, she always responded in a timely manner & everything was as expected upon move-in! More than pleased with the customer service!!! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

I toured this community and fell in love with it they are super nice, and the community seems really quite , the manager Veronica have been assisting me with this whole process I’m due to move in this week I will update my review once I’ve moved it but so far 10/10 recommend and the prices are best on the market right now which is a plus!

Great job Camille! I recently had a few interactions with Camille. Understaffed and all, Camille has gone above and beyond to address my questions/concerns of things that are within her control in a timely manner. Although she is the only person on-site for Eagles Brooke currently she handled my concerns with a positive attitude. It also seems that she’s putting together some great things for the community that should make living here an even better experience.

My family really enjoys living here. The apartments are nice and we love the neighbor friends we have made here.

I like living here thus far. It’s quiet. I just wished the security gate worked because honestly I wanted a gated community to live in.

The new management here is great! The people here are nice and friendly where as they concersate with the people who live here. The Maintance people respond in a genuine time and the the trash compactor is no longer full 24/7.

Management here is exceptional. I'm always treated with respect and professionalism. No complaints or issues. Love the manager, Debra. She is always available to speak with me if I have any questions (sometimes they're pretty dumb questions I will admit lol) I haven't had any problems here, but if I did, I know they would be handled with the upmost care. Will definitely renew my lease here!!!

I am a resident here at Eagles Brooke and live in a one bedroom. I enjoy my surroundings and the quietness of my apartment! I work right down the street so these apts are very convenient and up one exit is everything I need. I have put in about 2 work orders so far and when I come home from my job they are done. Not sure of the ladys names that work in the office but they are always so nice and treat me like they have known me forever. I have lived in a couple of other apts and so far they have made a very good empression.

I visited Eagles Brooke Apts because I am planning to relocate. Brandy showed me around the community and she was super nice. The apartment was clean and decorated very beautiful. I’m really considering applying. The whole staff was nice!

Well maintained grounds. Can't say enough great things about this community! So sad to leave when our lease is up! Would highly recommend.

Eagles Brooke has been great for us! It is quiet, maintained, clean and the neighbors are friendly. The gate is always broken. That I can agree with but in all reality the gate was really not much help in keeping out to begin with. People will always run the gate. I love it here and we are renewing our lease shortly.

Apartments are in tip-top shape. I've lived here for four years under two different managements and things have been great under both. Nice and friendly staff. The only con has been every year I've been here the rent has gone up about $50 dollars.

Beautiful courtyards and large size apartments.

I have been living here since June. Never had an issue. The staff is always nice and takes care of anything i need. One of the girls in the office "Karen" answered every question i had before i moved in and has been AWESOME since Day 1 of my move in. The pool, the workout room, landscaping... all extremely nice. I give them 5 stars!
