Xavier Boston gave 5 star customer service today. She showed us the premises and walked with us. Showed pricing...offering water and beverages to make sure we were fine. Customer service was out of this world!

The maintenance men at Eagles Brooke are amazing! Any problem I have in my apartment they fix and I’m always overly satisfied! I had a mold issue and they came and fixed it in one day! They are very professional and always respectable. They always explain everything they are about to do and always let you know how long it will take.

The maintenance team at Eagles Brook came to fix a few issues in my apartment and they were amazing. They were professional, quick, and made sure everything was fixed properly before leaving. Their service truly exceeded my expectations. I really appreciate their hard work and the excellent service they provided. It’s great to have such a reliable maintenance team in the community.

Keesha at Eagles Brook Apartments is absolutely amazing. She truly went above and beyond to help us get in, and we honestly couldn’t have done it without her. From start to finish, she was patient, responsive, and genuinely cared about helping us through the process. She explained everything clearly, stayed on top of things, and made what could have been a stressful situation feel so much easier. If you’re considering Eagles Brook, Keesha is the reason to do it. She’s professional, kind, and incredibly helpful. We’re so grateful for her!
