I would like to start off by saying Breanna the leasing consultant has helped me tremendously since day one. I wasn’t sure what unit would fit our needs but Breanna help me find the perfect unit for me and my 3 kids. I have only been here at E’s. B. for a couple of weeks the staff Veronica, Tamesha, and Bianna have been amazing. They helped me to get moved in quickly and smoothly. The grounds are very well kept and I’m loving the pool. I have Spoken with Briana for the most part. She is very kind and professional. It’s also very quiet , thar’s a plus. Thanks for all your help. I know I’m going to love it here

We lived here for five years before recently moving out. I had a very good experience. I thought the landscape was well maintained and I loved jogging the beautiful wooded trails that circled around the pool. I enjoyed being able to run on the treadmills in the fitness center with my husband also. The office staff—especially Ms. Tameisha and Ms. Veronica—were always professional and helpful when I had questions. I also thought it was nice that the front office staff would occasionally arrange events for residents. When we moved out, we had a small charge for the carpet, which I thought was fair. Otherwise we received the remainder of the security deposit back. I found the property to be very well maintained. I really enjoyed my years at Eagles Brooke and I thought it was an excellent value. We will miss you—thanks very much for all of your hard work!

I have been staying here goin on 2 years now in a one bedroom, I needed more space so I recently transferred to a two bedroom. Veronica helped with the transfer which was pretty smooth and the new apartment is very spacious for the cost. Any issues I did have maintenance came and took care of it asap. I enjoy living here.

front office is always very helpful when i have a problem or concern. i just moved in a few days ago! and i love it. So far so good!!!
